Refund & Exchange Policy

At Nasir Naturals, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet our customers' expectations. If you experience any issue with your order, please review our refund and exchange policy below.


Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Customers may request a refund or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is missing from the order.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Customers may be asked to provide photos or videos of the product as proof of the issue.


Conditions for Exchange

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for exchange:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as received.

  • The request must be made within the specified reporting time.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, a replacement will be arranged.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

These may include opened food items or products that have been used after delivery.


Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

  • Refund processing may take 3–7 business days, depending on the payment method.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
